12. What if I fail in my NEBOSH exam?

Firstly, do not be panic or anxious for you can re-sit for the exam. You need to understand/analyse what you need to work on in order to achieve your target grade for the module so you don’t repeat it again next time around. Remember to take all feedback from your trainer seriously – you were assessed by someone who has expertise in the subject and is trained to judge your ability! Don’t feel too hard on yourself – just think how to achieve your dream grade! You may have had a bad day or there could have been an unforeseen issue (like the internet being down) which didn’t give you enough time to study, revise or apply concepts in the questions you have learnt etc. Think about why you struggled with particular questions/topics and try to identify where you went wrong before the exam and make sure you address those topics when you revise again. Use the revision tips given by your trainer properly.
