And yes, all of those are important. But none of them mean anything without the one person who actually puts them into action \u2014 you.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It\u2019s easy to look outward. But real <strong>safety<\/strong> starts when we look inward.<\/li>\n<li>It\u2019s not about waiting for a manager to step in.<\/li>\n<li>It\u2019s not about relying on checklists to catch what we missed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p>It\u2019s about owning our role in every decision, every moment.<\/p>\n<p>Because responsibility doesn\u2019t wear a uniform. It doesn\u2019t come with a title. It shows up in your decisions.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\"><strong>Your Daily Decisions Will Contribute to Someone\u2019s Safety!<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p>In a day, an individual makes hundreds of small choices. It may seem minor, but in the safety world, it is only a small decision that can make a big change.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p>Here\u2019s how you lead through action:<\/p>\n<p>* Don&#8217;t wait to spot hazards and exposed wires.<br \/>\n* Speak up when you feel something is not right.<br \/>\n* Wear your PPE, as today they\u2019re not optional.<br \/>\n* Follow procedures like someone\u2019s life depends on it.<\/p>\n<p>Safety isn\u2019t a checklist you complete. It\u2019s an attitude you carry.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\"><strong>The Mirror is a Reminder<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8\"><p>Mirrors don\u2019t lie. And neither does that camera screen.<\/p>\n<p>The person you see?
